The DJ returns to present the annual event, which takes place this year on December 3 at One Mayfair.
"Every year at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards I'm amazed by the incredible women that we are able to pay tribute to and what they have achieved," Cotton said.
"We have seen women who have achieved so much, and I know this year will be no different."
She will be joined on the night by judges Jameela Jamil, Millie Mackintosh, Danny O'Donoghue, Baroness Karren Brady, Dr Linda Papadopoulos and editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan magazine Louise Court.

|I am surprised by how many celebrities actually get to celebrate a big day today. Today it's Jesse Wood's birthday! We'd like to wish Fearne's husband all the best, a lot of luck and a lot of success too. May all his wishes come true. Happy birthday!|

My internet connection is the worst. Seriously. It took me over an hour to upload these ten pictures, but I finally managed. Fearne attends Tesco Mum Of The Year today. She looks fabulous. I hope she is having a good time. She'll always be our Mum Of The Year, no matter what.

Fearne Cotton's baby son Rex hasn't quite got used to calling her Mummy yet.
The DJ has revealed that her 1-year-son - who she welcomed with husband Jesse Wood in February last year - actually uses a male name for her.
He calls me Daddy, which is lovely,' says Fearne, 32. He's so cute.'
Rex might be struggling to pronounce Mummy but he's become familiar with the family pet's moniker. He can say the cat's name, Rudi,' admits Fearne. But he still can't say Mummy!'
